Shipping Provider
Our worldwide delivery option is DHL and UPS.
DHL is available to all countries. We ship every package with DHL Go Green and we climate compensate your shipping with the other alternatives.
Delivery time
We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We, therefore, try to send your goods so you have them within:
- Sweden 2-3 working days
- EU delivery 3-7 working days
- Rest of the world: 3-14 working days
We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away. If your package is returned to us we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your items.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The cost for shipping is free on all orders from Sweden. If you order outside of Sweden the price for shipping may vary depending on your address (country) and shipping option. But will range from 199 to 299 SEK. Your shipping price and options will display in the checkout.
What about customs?
Within Sweden and the European Union we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
For international shipping outside of the European Union we offer DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping, meaning your order duties and import taxes are paid upon delivery, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives.
DISAGREE SKATEBOARDS does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.
