SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer World Wide Shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Sweden)

We offer free shipping by DHL Service Point for all orders within Sweden.

International Shipping within the European Union

We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping by DHL within the European Union at a cost of SEK199.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

International Shipping outside the European Union

We offer DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping by DHL outside the European Union at a cost of SEK399.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning your order duties and import taxes are paid upon delivery, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives.

DISAGREE SKATEBOARDS does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@disagreeskateboards.se with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Remember to include your order number.

CANCEL ORDER

To cancel an order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible via e-mail (hello@disagreeskateboards.se) with your order number.

If you are cancelling an unshipped order you will get all your money back. If your order has been shipped we will not stand for any return shipping fees. The money will be refunded to the same account we charged you from.

It is possible to change size of your product, but remember your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. We will not stand for your return shipping fee, but we will pay for the reshipped product in the desired size.

EXCHANGES

DISAGREE SKATEBOARDS do not administrate exchanges of products that has been ordered from our webshop. But you can cancel your order so your money will be refunded, then you place a new order of the product that you would like to have instead.
